To register go to our Portal Site: https://herodot.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Enter your email and push Proceed

Go to your inbox and look for email from Tisa Product Support

Push Sign up button

You will be redirected to password setup panel. Enter a strong password and push sign up button

You are done! you will be redirected to our Main support page

Make a Requests


Welcome to our main support page. To make a request select a category your request is reffering to.

Then Select a topic of your request.

You will be directed to the request page. Type in summary and description of your request. Please provide as much details as possible including symptoms, steps the behavior of the system.

Attach any files that may help us resolve your resquest such as Screens, videos, documents.

Once you have filled the form press send button.

Manage a Request


To manage a request click on your profile to open a dropdown menu and click on requests.

Next to your profile there is a request indicator that displays how many active request you have open.

Request Table will open. You can search the requests, filter them by status or request type.

The requests are displayed in a table. To edit the collumns displayed push edit list view button and type in fields you would like to see.

Push done button when finished.

To open a request press the title or ID of the request. The request will display status, notification options, Request type and who has access to it.

In the Activity section you have access to all correspondence about this requests.

Profile Management


To manage profile click on your profile to open a dropdown menu and push profile button.

Your profile page will open. Here you can change your name email password languange and time settings.
